YOUPI LOCATION also collects and processes data relating to Users via connections to the Site or during calls or emails to Customer Service, in particular the following information: periods of availability, rental of vehicles, number of vehicle reservations, number of vehicles used, price paid per rental, in total, number of damaged vehicles if applicable, points of departure, arrival and authorized duration and distance of journeys, connection data and navigation on the Site, history of exchanges between Users.

Banking data is collected and processed by the Monetico Paiement platform of our banking partner Crédit Mutuel.

PREMIUM LOCATION only keeps the following data for car owners: IBAN

3. Purpose of processing

Personal data is collected and processed by YOUPI MARTINIQUE with the aim of allowing Users to benefit from the services offered by YOUPI LOCATION within the Site and in particular for:

• Provide the Services;
• Manage User profiles;
• Personalize, evaluate, improve the Services for the benefit of Users;
• Inform Users about YOUPI MARTINIQUE Services and news (promotions, events and any subjects likely to interest Users);
• Manage promotional offers;
• Ensure efficient Customer Service;
• Assist Users in very specific situations such as an incident.
